1. introduction & terminology
Welcome to i am yoga. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of i am yoga ’s Website.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use i am yoga ’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: Client, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. The Company, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Client and ourselves,
or either the Client or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of (Address).
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
2. terms of sale (contract formation & pricing)
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. i am yoga reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been charged, we will promptly refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Formation of Contract
A legally binding contract between i am yoga and you is only formed when we dispatch the goods to you and send a "Shipping Confirmation" email. Prior to dispatch, no contract exists, and we may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Payment Finality
Payment is due at the point of purchase. By submitting an order, you authorize i am yoga to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of the order (including taxes and shipping).
Once the "Shipping Confirmation" has been sent, the payment is considered final and non-refundable, subject only to your rights under the Singapore Lemon Law for defective goods.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are in SGD and USD and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
3. no refunds & returns policy
All Sales Final
Once an order is placed and processed through i am yoga, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," incorrect colour or product selection, or suitability for your specific yoga practice.
Non-Refundable Items
All physical products, including but not limited to cork yoga blocks, yoga straps, and yoga wheels, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once you have placed the order.
Exceptions for Defective Goods
In accordance with the Singapore Lemon Law, we will provide a replacement or repair for any item that is found to be defective or not as described at the time of delivery.
You must report any defects to i am yoga within 2 business days of receipt.
Photos or videos of the defect must be provided for our team to review.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued at our sole discretion.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a replacement for a defective item, i am yoga will not cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you or for shipping the defective item back to us.
4. product safety & liability disclaimer (crucial for yoga wheels/straps)
Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and using products from i am yoga (including but not limited to cork yoga blocks, yoga straps, and yoga wheels), you acknowledge that yoga and physical exercise involve inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our products.
Proper Usage & Instruction
Our products are intended for use only as directed. We strongly recommend that you consult with a physician before starting any new exercise regime and seek guidance from a qualified yoga instructor to ensure proper technique. i am yoga is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or use by individuals with pre-existing medical conditions.
Inspection Before Use
It is your responsibility to inspect all equipment before each use for signs of wear and tear, such as fraying on straps or cracks in yoga wheels or yoga blocks. Do not use any product that appears damaged or structurally unsound.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, i am yoga's total liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of its products shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
Nothing in this disclaimer will:
Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
Or exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:
are subject to the preceding paragraph; and
govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities that arise in contract, tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.
To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore (or your specific home country/state).
Jurisdiction
You irrevocably agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter.
Dispute Resolution
Before resorting to formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations or mediation via the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or the Singapore Mediation Centre.
